Club Sign Up

There is no cost to join a Siren Club. Simply fill out and submit our club sign up form.

Siren Club membership is a minimum 1-year commitment. A fee of $100 will be assessed for early cancellation.

Wine Club allocations occur 2 times per year, typically in February and October. You’ll receive an email from our Siren Club Coordinator in advance of each allocation, letting you know that your card will be charged and when your allocation will be available. A current credit card must be on file to receive membership benefits.
